Linda Sorensen with "Adrift" "For almost 40 years my life in the wilderness has shaped my destiny as an artist. My bold wild inspired paintings reflect my passionate respect for the natural world.
Immersed in nature, painting on site infuses each peice with the timelessness of the wilderness, the colour and light of the day. Its all about being there... 25 years of hiking, camping and canoe experiences breathes the spirit of adventure that ignites an even greater connection, for me, to each painting and to the earth.
I work in the mediums of oil, acrylic. Photographs and sketches are taken for future reference for larger studio pieces."

Linda's art is represented in private collections across Canada and the USA, Innuvik, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Japan and Germany.
