864 Church Street
From Hwy 60 turn south onto Church Street and drive to #864 the big brick building on the East side of the road.

For over 40 years Annie has been playing with fibres - spinning, weaving, felting and dyeing them; turning them into beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. And no two are ever exactly the same.

Annie uses recycled materials to make her rugs, 8 pairs of denim blue jeans will make a small rug. Other materials include old wool blankets, sheets, and clothing that would be thrown away- sometimes even discarded ties.

Her silk scarves are eco-dyed with rust and plant matter to give beautiful “stories” within each scarf. Your imagination is all that is needed to find the pictures within those scarves.

Light and airy wool and mohair blankets are a new addition in the studio as well as cotton tea-towels which feel so good in your hands.

Annie's studio is housed in the original Catholic Rectory in Wilno and is in front of the Pioneer cemetery which is well worth a visit. The feeling here is of peace and contentment.

Studio is open by chance or appointment.
